Join our Morning Exercises program to establish your regular Qi Gong routine and feel the benefit of it. With this program you can learn the most basic exercises and begin your day with awareness and a relaxed body and mind.

The online Morning Exercises consist of 3 modules. Each module contains 6 meetings (45-50 min. each).

Content Module 3:
- Rolling up the spine
- Fang Song Gong (frontal swings/diagonal swings/lateral swings)
- Zhan Zhuang - standing Qi Gong (Wuji/Holding the Belly/Holding the Sides/Holding the Lower Back/Standing in the Stream/Waking the Qi/Embracing the Tree/Heaven Upholding/Holding the Ball) progressing 10 to 30 minutes
