In this five-week online cycle, we dedicate 40 minutes each week to a gentle, energizing morning practice. With simple Qi Gong exercises and moments of stillness, you’ll reconnect with your body, dissolve stagnation, and get your Qi flowing – a nourishing way to align body and mind at the start of your day.
The practice is designed so that, after the five live sessions, you can confidently continue your own morning routine on your own.
