Regular Practice with Path of Dao in Warsaw

Qi Gong & Daoist Arts

Consistency is the key to truly mastering the arts we teach. It is the foundation of genuine progress. The purpose of our regular classes is to provide continuity in your learning and development. We value both your individual path and the shared journey within a stable group of growing practitioners. Practicing together offers support and inspiration, while the teacher accompanies you every step of the way. Our classes are open to everyone—beginners and advanced practitioners alike.

If you are looking for real transformation, there is no other way. Regular practice is essential. How else can you become aware of habitual tension stored in your body? Releasing stress requires effective methods and systematic practice—carried out with full commitment and awareness.

The Cycle Idea

A cycle of 2–3 months of regular practice is enough for Qi Gong to take root in your life, allowing you to experience its effects in your daily well-being. Through the brilliant forms we teach, you will gain new perspectives on yourself and step by step—bring about deep healing.

This process has its own rhythm: there will be moments of challenge and moments of beauty. The result? Priceless.

Practicing in a group is a source of both support and inspiration. It is a key element of the Path of Dao learning system. Through our interactions with others, we gain a deeper understanding of ourselves. Together, we achieve more, under the guidance of an experienced teacher.

Structure of the Cycle

The second cycle continues and deepens the practice—both for those who have trained with us before and for those who are just joining. The program is designed so that everyone, regardless of experience level, can benefit from it.

The cyclical approach allows not only for learning new techniques but, most importantly, for integrating and stabilizing what has already been acquired. It is a process of building strong foundations while simultaneously discovering new dimensions of practice. Regularity and structured training support this transformation, offering space for deeper understanding and natural progression between levels.

Classes are taught by two experienced teachers:
Ron Timm, founder and lead teacher of Path of Dao.
Tomek Eichelberger, co-founder of Path of Dao in Poland and the architect of the cycle structure.

Their unique perspectives and teaching styles offer a well-rounded approach, helping you better understand and embody the practice—whether you are just beginning or advancing to deeper levels.

We welcome everyone interested in personal development through movement and mindfulness, regardless of age, experience, or background.
