Regular Practice with Path of Dao in Warsaw
Qi Gong & Daoist Arts
Regularity is the key to deeply mastering the arts we teach. It is the foundation of true development. The aim of our regular classes is to ensure consistency in your learning and growth. We value both your individual path and the shared journey within a stable group of dedicated students. Practicing in a group provides support and inspiration, with the teacher guiding you at every stage. Our classes are open to everyone (from complete beginners to advanced practitioners).
If you are interested in real transformation, there is no other way – regular practice is the foundation. How else can you become aware of the habitual tension stored in your body? To release stress, we need effective methods and systematic work – done with full engagement and awareness.
The idea behind regular classes
Three months of regular classes is a time in which the practice begins to deeply integrate into your life. You will feel the effects in your daily functioning. Thanks to the brilliant forms we teach, you will be able to observe yourself from different perspectives and, step by step, begin self-healing.
This process has its own rhythm: there will be moments of challenge and moments of beauty. The final effect? Priceless.
Group practice is a source of support and inspiration. It is a key element of the Path of Dao teaching system. Through relationships with other students, we can better understand ourselves. Together we achieve more – with the teacher there to support us.
Structure of regular classes
A deepening of the practice for those who have been with us before, and an entry onto the path for those joining us for the first time. The program is designed so that everyone – regardless of experience level – can benefit from it.
This structure not only allows you to learn new things but also to integrate and stabilize the knowledge you have already gained. It is a process in which we build solid foundations step by step, while also discovering new aspects of the practice. The regularity and structure of the classes support this development, creating space for deeper understanding and a natural progression between levels.
Classes are led by Ron Timm, founder and head teacher of Path of Dao.
We welcome everyone who wants to develop through movement and mindfulness – regardless of age, level of advancement, or previous experience.
