The Three Dantian on the Female Path of Inner Transformation

In Daoist practice of internal alchemy and transformation, the three Dantian represent the three main energy centers in the human body. They correspond to the three great sources of energy (Heaven, Earth, Human), three energetic bodies (physical, emotional, mental), and the three treasures (Jing, Qi, Shen).

Cultivating these three energies forms the foundation of subtle processes of inner cleansing and transformation. During this workshop, we will focus on the female path in Qi Gong and Nei Gong, with a special emphasis on the second (middle) Dantian and its role in the internal process of a woman. We will also discuss the lunar cycles and menstruation as a natural process of cleansing and emotional harmonization.

During the workshop, we will focus on subtle, deep inner sensations. We will observe and learn to understand the interaction between the energies of the three Dantian, with a particular focus on the lower and middle Dantian. This journey will be supported by both moving and still Qi Gong practices.

This workshop is open to all women, regardless of prior experience in Qi Gong. No previous knowledge of the practice is required.

Renata Schoch is an experienced Qi Gong and Nei Gong teacher, specializing in the female energy path. She has many years of practice and teaching experience, combining traditional Daoist techniques with a modern approach to working with the body and mind. Her mission is to help women find harmony, inner strength, and a deeper connection with their bodies and emotions. She emphasizes the practical application of knowledge and tailoring practices to the individual needs of participants.
