In 2026, we have prepared a series of five workshops. The program stands out for its interesting themes, depth and diversity. All the workshops throughout the year complement each other brilliantly. They are designed to enable you to continue your in-depth work and support you in creating your individual practice.

the sun and the moon - the understanding of yin yang

Warsaw17 – 18 January 2026

The essence of Qi (energy) is movement. Polarization is created through movement: here and there, before and after, light and dark, up and down. In the Daoist, traditional Chinese approach, what we call Yin and Yang is the basic principle of movement, transformation, and polarity. Understanding the complementary principle of Yin Yang is an excellent foundation for the practice of Qi Gong, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and in-depth energy work.

the six dragons exercise of bagua zhang

Warsaw7 – 8 March 2026

The Six Dragon Exercises can be seen as a Qi Gong companion to the Bagua Zhang practice. They prepare the body by affecting the ligaments, tendons and fascia, increasing their flexibility and range of movement, but also the soft tissue, including the internal organs. In this way, after a long period of concentrated practice, they lead to the formation of the “Dragon Body”, with its characteristic soft and dynamic flexibility.

“like a fish in the water” - body alignment in qi gong

Warsaw6 – 7 June 2026

Correct body alignment in Qi Gong is fundamental and crucial for the effectiveness and efficiency of the practice.

Working on proper body alignment is a good and rewarding introduction to Qi Gong, because for most of us it is easier to position our knees, chest, or tongue correctly than to work directly with Qi. And yet, body alignment and the flow of Qi are closely related.

Cultivating the Inner Garden - Well-being in Classical Chinese Medicine

Warsaw19 – 20 September 2026

This workshop is an invitation to look at yourself as an inner garden that grows most beautifully when you allow it to follow its natural rhythm and give it the right care. Based on classical Chinese medicine, we will learn to nurture our energy, emotions, and body in a light way, in harmony with nature and flowing from within.

Warsaw28 – 29 November 2026

dao yoga and advanced daoist breathing

Reverse breathing and compression breathing are breathing methods in advanced Qi Gong, Taijiquan and meditation. Dao Yoga postures allow us to open, compress and use different spaces in the body to breathe. In this workshop, we will specifically develop and “breathe” the sides of the body (liver and spleen breathing) and the lower back (kidney breathing).

Gdansk

Led by: Ron Timm

Over the year, we will organize six weekend workshops. These will enable you to work systematically and in depth on specific issues. Workshops in this format give you a solid foundation, provide a comprehensive introduction to qi work, allow you to deeply experience the effects of the exercises and the method and provide the space needed for transformation to take place.

During this workshop cycle, we’ll explore the basic principles and develop skills in working with the body and qi. The Gdańsk workshops can be easily combined into a year-long foundation course in Qi Gong.

the nature of dao is return - walking the bagua circle

Gdansk31 January – 1 F|ebruary 2026

Circle Walking Meditation is a dynamic way to calm a mind preoccupied with thoughts, a method of silencing the negative effects of succumbing to extreme emotions and restoring a scattered spirit to a state of coherent wholeness. This practice simultaneously develops inner strength, motor skills, physical strength, and agility of the feet through their constant movement.

Gdansk11 – 12 April 2026

Moving with the wind - hands like windmills and the principle of following weight

“Moving with the wind” is a gentle Qigong practice that teaches harmony with the natural flow of energy—as soft as the hands of a windmill moving with the wind. The “Windmill Hands” exercise relaxes the body, opens the breath, and helps you experience how much lightness arises when we choose to go with the flow instead of resisting it.

Gdansk20 – 21 June 2026

„Small vegetables” - Fang Song and Paida Gong

Learning this set is a great start to your Qi Gong adventure. These are extremely practical and effective exercises that change the state of your body and mind. In addition, they can be easily woven into your daily life and any training routine. They are quite simple and can take very little time. On the other hand, they are an endless adventure of getting to know yourself – every day – anew.

qi gong and the spine – “the awakening of the spine”

Gdansk12 – 13 September 2026

rising and sinking – waking the qi

Gdansk24 – 25 October 2026

Rising and Falling are the basic, fundamental movements of life that determine our health and well-being. They are expressed in all physical phenomena and functions, such as the seasons, the alternation of day and night, and the tides. In this wonderful set of exercises, we learn how to guide Qi, blood, and body fluids along specific paths in our body.

qi gong and work with body

Gdansk12 – 13 December 2026

From our perspective, Qi Gong forms the basis for various forms of bodywork, energy work, martial arts, and meditation. During this workshop, we will learn manual therapy techniques and procedures using Qi Gong practice. We will take turns giving and receiving treatments, releasing blockages, activating energy flow, mobilizing joints, opening structures, and bringing the body and mind into a state of deeper relaxation.

Our non-new direction!
This workshop is designed to create opportunities for new practitioners to practice Qi Gong from scratch and to strengthen, deepen and develop this art in existing practitioners.

circling hands - “flow and transformation”

Cracow21 – 22 February 2026

In Circulating Hands Qi Gong, we want to allow Qi to flow (circulate) effectively and in an orderly manner throughout our body. We want to connect with harmony, perfection, order, but also with the power of circles and circular movements. Circulating Hands exercises make us more agile and flexible, strengthen our back and legs, and improve the integration of all body structures.

daoist breathing - "the wind that opens the spring blossoms"

Cracow18 – 19 April 2026

In Qi Gong, we have three types of regulation: posture regulation (physical body), breath regulation (emotional body), and thought regulation (mental body). During this workshop, we will focus particularly on breath and breathing. How we breathe directly affects the movement of Qi in the body, because Qi and breath are closely connected, so regulating breath will always regulate Qi.

yang sheng - nourishing life

Cracow29 – 30 August 2025

Over two days, we will devote ourselves to the fundamental practice of energy work. This method is called Yang Sheng (Care for Life). Eastern medicine has developed this path to cultivate longevity, not only in terms of extending life span, but more in terms of quality of life.

the six dragons exercise of bagua zhang

BERN14 – 15 February 2026

The Six Dragon Exercises can be seen as a Qi Gong companion to the Bagua Zhang practice. They prepare the body by affecting the ligaments, tendons and fascia, increasing their flexibility and range of movement, but also the soft tissue, including the internal organs. In this way, after a long period of concentrated practice, they lead to the formation of the “Dragon Body”, with its characteristic soft and dynamic flexibility.

“like a fish in the water” - body alignment in qi gong

BERN23 – 24 May 2026

Correct body alignment in Qi Gong is fundamental and crucial for the effectiveness and efficiency of the practice.

Working on proper body alignment is a good and rewarding introduction to Qi Gong, because for most of us it is easier to position our knees, chest, or tongue correctly than to work directly with Qi. And yet, body alignment and the flow of Qi are closely related.

zifa gong - spontaneous qi gong, leading and following

BERN15 – 16 August 2026
This course will introduce us to the practice of formless Qi Gong. With all our senses turned inward, we will come into deep contact with Qi and its movements. Following Qi in its natural and spontaneous expression not only releases blockages but also allows us to experience true authenticity.

cloud hands - “hands that move like clouds”

BERN31.10 – 1.11.2026
We will learn a beautiful and moving set of exercises that connects Qi Gong and Taijiquan. It is a comprehensive and challenging practice that synchronizes both hemispheres of the brain and engages the entire body.
