We develop the basics of Qi work. The focus is on developing a center (lower Dantien), on establishing the interplay between the upper and lower body as well as on moving efficiently from the center.
In Qi Gong in motion, the function of the kua (interaction of the lower and upper body) is at the very beginning. Only when this central and most important pump in the body is initiated, a powerful flow of Qi, blood and fluids can be created.
Within the silent practice, we focus on regulating, cleansing and strengthening the nervous system.
The practice sessions are open to all levels and it is possible to join at any time. For advanced practitioners, Qi Gong is the ideal preparation for Taijiquan.
